Individual Coaching

Team Connections Coaching for individuals is available for three month contracts.
As a client, you will meet with your coach on the phone for approximately 30 minutes weekly.
Our personal coaching is customized to focus on your strengths, competencies, and goals.
Entrepreneurs may choose to focus on business building, time management, sales skills or
strategic planning.  Our coaches are trained to help you identify how to take your business and
your life to the next level.

Individual Coaching (approximately ½ hour per week)

Rates vary depending on personal and performance goals. Contact us about individual coaching.

Qualified individuals who are contemplating coaching are invited to participate in a one hour,
one-on-one phone session at a reduced rate of $50.00.  Once you have completed this first hour 
you will know if a coaching partnership is for you. Contact us about an individual session.


Group Coaching

Group coaching is available to groups of six to seven people who have a pre-existing relationship 
(employer/employee, same company in sales, leader and down-line in direct sales or MLM). 
Group coaching is ideal if you are looking to: 

    •Build a team approach to goal setting and performance

    •Create a synergy within your organization

    •Plan projects, successful sales accomplishments, or business plans

    •Explore strategic opportunities

Your group will meet with a coach for approximately an hour each week to focus on selected topics
designed to meet your needs.

Group Coaching (approximately one hour per week)

$75.00 per participant per month with a minimum three month contract. Contact us about group coaching.

Many clients tell us that they sometimes feel like we are on "their shoulder" asking the right questions, or "in your head" reminding them of their resolve. This is an opportunity to receive a daily coaching message on your cell phone as a text message.

Coaching for Self Employed
