		<description>I definitely don't think it can just be about the money. We all need more. Even the supposed "money-hungry" sales guy is really doing it more for the thrill of the hunt, the satisfaction of the close. 

It's not so much about the money, but the possibilities that having more money allows that I think ultimately drives us (especially in direct sales).</description>
